for Everyone: A Note on RSC Sports Card Checks
For students and alumni alike it holds that the RSC requires valid entry (valid subscription, dojo day pass or timely notice to the RSC of trial training) for trainings using their accommodation, please make sure you can provide this at all times, as they may come by and check. This holds for all sports associations that use RSC accommodations and the association will receive a fine of almost 250 euros for each person that cannot provide proof of valid entry, each time a check is conducted at a training.
If you do not have a sports card, the dojo day passes are available at the reception for 8,25 euros. If you are new, you can also request a trial class with us here and if you do not have a sports card yet, we will send notice to the RSC of the trial class. They advise us to notify them 2 business days in advance to allow them time to process.
If the association receives a fine due to a person missing a membership or valid ticket, the association will have to hold them liable for the costs.
for Non-Students
As a student sports club, Radbudo must meet the conditions of SLIM. Among other things, this means that only a maximum percentage of members may consist of non-students and a minimum percentage of members have to be students at Radboud University.
Radbudo is currently on/close to the limit of the maximum percentage of non-students as members. It could well be that we still have a spot, but it could also be that, as a non-student, we will have to put you on a waitinglist, until we get more student members or another alumni no longer wants their membership. If you are not a student (anymore), but do still want a membership, you can always still apply with the form below!
If there is a waiting list, we will inform you as soon as possible when a spot opens up again. Until then, of course, you do not have to pay contribution. If there is no spot for you now, you can always consider becoming a benefactor of our association through the Alumni & Friends fund. Our Alumni get priority over non-Alumni on the waiting list to become a member and get access to our community, events and trainings.
